Best Price Guarantee

Our best price guarantee means that if you find a competitor’s lower price (including GST) on the same family law service, we’ll beat it by 5%. The best price guarantee does not apply to the following services:

– Financial agreement; and

– Advice on financial agreement.

To be eligible for the best price guarantee, you must notify us of the lower price before engaging us for the family law service.

Quality Guarantee

Our quality guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the quality of the legal service provided to you, we will refund the price of the service to you. The quality guarantee does not apply to the following services:

– Interim hearing preparation;

– Interim hearing representation;

– Trial affidavit preparation; and

– Trial representation.

To claim the quality guarantee, you must:

(a) Make the claim within 30 days of Simplify Family Lawyers providing you with the invoice for the legal service; and

(b) Advise Simplify Family Lawyers in writing why you are not satisfied with the quality of the legal service provided to you.
